We ship to the 48 adjoining states.
Due to the detailed nature and our high order volume, our current order processing time is 10-14 business days, not including transit time. For single item or gift box orders, we ship via USPS 2-day or First Class (1-5 business days) shipping depending on weight. Orders of 2 or more boxes may ship via FedEx depending on size and weight, and transit time depends on location proximity to our studio in Central Arkansas. Multiple piece shipments are priced based on size and weight. If you would like a shipping quote prior to ordering, please email your order details and address to email@example.com. Please contact us for large quantity orders of 10+ gift boxes shipping to the same location.
Yes of course! Send us an email before you place your order and we are happy to give you a code to eliminate a shipping charge on your order. Once your order is processed we will schedule a mutually convenient time and location for pickup.
Once your purchase is completed and your item has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information within 24 hours of receiving notice of your order being fulfilled then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can check on your order promptly.

Of course!! We have made the process easy just for you! Simply select the pre-made gift box you would like to purchase and add to your shopping cart. Next, select the perfect addition item you wish to include, and add to your shopping cart. Leave a note at checkout and we will make sure to include it with your gift!
Due to our high order volume, please place your orders at least two weeks prior to needing them in hand to ensure all items are in stock and available prior to delivery. If you need your gifts by a certain date, PLEASE email us first to check on our current production time/schedule. Rush options are available and we are happy to work with you to make sure each gift is ready by your deadline.
Due to the handmade nature of each gift box and many of the products available, we do not offer returns or refunds. We strive to find products that appeal to a wide array of interests, but we do realize that our recipients each have their own unique taste and style. If for some reason you or the recipient are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. Any breakage/damage in transit or incorrect item that may have occurred must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. If an order is incorrect due to the customer providing incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for paying for the new item.
